Dr. Darrah is Head of the Tuberculosis Vaccine Research Unit, NIH: Vaccine Research Center. Patricia Darrah began her career at NIH and became the head of the Tuberculosis Vaccine Research Unit in 2016. In this role she oversees a team that investigates the protective efficacy of novel vaccines against tuberculosis in nonhuman primates and how such vaccines can be translated into humans.
